Re: BBT Vindicator Sprinter Build
That's a great looking base for your project. I think I remember this car, did Reg get this in the lot with his early un-run TQ10 chassis?
Either way it should make a great little runner![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)

Re: - Asso_man's custom Classic -
Wow sir, this turned out even better than I imagined. Perfect balance of color with just a couple hints of silver.
Hands down the nicest rere on the site, in my opinion of course.![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)

Re: - Asso_man's hopped-up Classic -
This is going to turn out real nice, the best take on a rere so far :D Not sure which way to lean on the milling though, could look nice with a bit of exposed silver and either stainless or silver aluminum hardware throughout. Then on the other hand all black and red would give it a real "mean&...

Re: Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
Great, any knowledge on the servo? I believe Jason confirmed with Kent one time that it was used in the early 90's but that's all I have to go on.

Re: Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
Okay, so since I'm opting out of the brushless set up
I fished these out of my stash for it instead. I think these should be period correct enough for it but if I'm wrong someone please chime in, thanks.

Re: Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
Thanks for the compliments guys, it took a lot of gathering parts to make this happen the way I wanted. About time she came to life! 8) What's the plan for a shell Dave? I know, I had to peel away from working on the house long enough to build it. As for the shell, I'm going to go with the SS ...

Re: Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
now install some electronics, charge up a battery, and hit some gnarly jumps. Well the only thing local is an 8th scale track so I might just have to slap in the strongest brushless set up I can get my hands on and launch this puppy :P Or just put some vintage electronics in it and launch...

I actually built this about three weeks back and went out of town for a week. I'm just barely getting around to posting it.

Re: Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
Thanks guys, I'm real happy with how it's turned out so far. Sweet car and options there! Nice sneakers too! Much better shiznit than any rere coming soon! Thanks and I am in complete agreement, no rere for me :D Very nice! I always like the exposed milled look better! 8) I agree, more like somethin...

Re: Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
sweet. interested to see the choice of sneakers..... Well those would be some authentico Worlds wheels with Flat Stubbies out back and Wide 5's up front  Wheels.jpg Mounted, now I just need to take some better pics these aren't really doing it justice. Re: Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
Thank you sir, we may have to push up that 2016 timeline for some paint  And now the front end complete with a full set of RCPS worlds turnbuckles (slightly shorter rear camber links for the relocated bulkhead holes). Front end parts.jpg RCPS turnbuckles and ballcups.jpg Steering parts.jpg Asse...

Pre rere "Faux" Worlds Car
Okay, so I've been sitting on this project for quite some time now. Gathering bits and pieces here and there along the way. Now I figure, I'd better get this thing built before the site gets overrun with Worlds rere's :P Sorry for the cell phone pics, it was just easier. I'll take some real photos w...

Re: Vale's RC10T
Super cool, Hobby Shack in Encino is where I purchased my first RC10 back in 1985!!
Nice score on the 10t, should clean up well.
