Re: JUNIOR 2 PHOTOS?

Here is a bad camera picture from the other side of the actual car. I need to check and see if it has the Pink sticker on the left side.

Re: Losi enters a new class: short course buggy

The wheels are wrong for a true scale look. Maybe Losi couldn't secure the rights to make the classic VW style Centerline replicas. The wheels are a carry over from the SCT, save money, use the same part.... :) I personally would love a set of wider rear/skinny front for the buggy....heck even on a...

Re: One of the benefits of working for Losi

Maybe manufacturers should offer scale bodies to fit these new chassis' . I agree, though I think we are a minority, most modern racers could probably care less about the scale looks. I think the 22 appeals mostly to the hardcore racer, like me.... so Team Losi Racing if you are listening, put a 5 ...

Re: One of the benefits of working for Losi

Thanks guys for the comments. It's really an exciting time around here. I feel this new buggy is going to be a "game changer". Yes you will still have great battles in 2wd drive mod with all the great drivers each team has, but for us "average" drivers, this car is a big differen...

One of the benefits of working for Losi

So one of my best friends Todd Hodge, who is the Category manager for TLR asked me to help check the build bags for the new 22. So I got to build one for the first time. Being that I mainly focus on the Losi side, it was fun to build a new kit. The buggy went together really good and has some pretty...

Re: LOSB0819 Servo - which horn?

It actually is 23...but there is a small catch. A 23T Airtronics spline has a slightly smaller pitch than a JR 23 tooth spline. Why I don't know. If anyone has taken a specific JR 23th splined horn and installed in on an Airtronics you will see that it is slightly loose. Not dramatically but slightl...

Re: New Losi 22!

It would be interesting to know who the designer was, looks like something Juuka Steenari would come up with. "Dyno" Dan Hissim laid mouse to monitor on this one, however a ton of feedback was given by TLR Catergory Manager Todd Hodge, Jukka Steernari and many of the team back at the Losi...

Re: Pictures of some Losi Prototype parts

Yikes it has been quite some time since I posted anything. I should apologize for some of the pictures being taken down. My bad, I was reorganizing my photobucket album and deleted some. Anyways, I'm not sure if I've posted this one, but this is one of my favorite parts that I have saved. http://i40...

It weird, not rubber, but still flexible. Reminds me of our old HT compound, but not rubbery if that makes sense :)

Re: Jrx2 prototype???

Hi Richard. Thanks for Your information. Do You have any interesting stories about (vintage) Team Losi prototypes, products or ideas that was tried but didn't work or didn't went to production? I remember that You did write once to here (=rc10talk.com) something about transparent tyres. Why were th...

Re: Jrx2 prototype???

I feel fortunate that I got to work with the Losi's for so many years. It was fun hanging with Jr. especially when he would move offices or clean his office. I never saw an aluminum proto of the JRX2. Jr. over the years showed me quite a bit of cool stuff but I don't even recall seeing an aluminum c...

Re: Pictures of some Losi Prototype parts

I don't think the tires are proto, but very short production run. Don't see them very often, to be honest I don't even know the name of them.
