it is probably a three piece can motor similar to an old checkpoint motor. 3 piece meaning the bottom is machined aluminum,the can separate and probably aluminum enbell to i would hold on to it and doug probably will be able to tell you more.

yes that was very impressive to see it pull the front wheels off the ground and on what looked like foam tires too, they must have been gumballs.

i have a question. did losi ever make 8-32 screws that had a slightly smaller head? on my cars the tranny & bulkhead screw are so close the heads always seem to overlap or mash into each other and not sit flush. i have been using associated screws in gold or blue but some of the black losi ones ...

doug,how about some 5 hole weld style, sprint car style wheels similar to the custom works stickers you made a few years ago they would look killer on a sprint car resto or buggy.

yeah mount that shell on it ,put some kind of servo attached to the tail and run it on the battle bot circuit. the cheap lightweight class of course so it dosent get crushed too bad.that would be cool

was the top cat the one with the belt drive transmission? somebody used to run one at our track years ago and dominated the stock class. we were not alowed to run belt drives unless it came with the kit originally, the next thing ya know everybody had them. wich models came with belt drives i cant r...

that has got to be one of the most structually sound cut chassis i have ever seen. i am sure that since daryl designed it he took his time and planned his cuts so they would not weaken the chassis at all. the only other cut chassis i ever liked belonged to a local guy i raced aginst in the truck cla...

well i finally got to take apart the lethal weapon and it turns out i have a lethal weapon 2 style, thats good cause i know i would have lost at least 1 of those little balls somewhere. daryl could you send me a copy of the L.W.2 manual anyway just incase i need something later on.
