Looking closer at the rear arms it appears that you are right sombody has cut them and added an extra hole. I had noticed that they had beveled the arms toward the inner hinge pin and wasnt sure why they added the third shock mount hole but I think someone was running them on the front. The front ar...

The black set only had one hole in the rear arm but the wihte set in this pic has two holes for the outter hinge pin in both the front and the rear arms. The pic below is a side by side comparison of the arms. Will post pics of the car soon

This car has been boxed up in my garage since 1991 and I am slowly getting parts together to put it together again. There was another post on restoring the magnesium and aluminum parts by bead blasting them, which is the way I would go. Maybe chemical strip first and finish with the bead blasting to restore the satin/cast finish. I've done this with cast aluminum car parts.

Those are some unique wheels...Does any body have a collection of pictures of the different wheels for the Yokomo off road cars? It would be cool to see all of them in a side by side comparison.
