Re: new to Yokomo
I was trying to build a 93 works but the chassis is nearly impossible to find...LOL. So I have ended up with about the same setup you have there. Everything has been NIP with the exception of a used works 91 chassis. The parts are out there you just have to look for them for a while...Or get with Aa...

Re: new to Yokomo
looks like a 91 chassis with 93 drive train and a YR4 rear tower on the front, with yokomo front shocks and associated rears. The front looks like you might have the wrong wheel adapters on the axles...I dont think the wheels should be that close to the tie rod ends. The chassis top brace is listed ...

Re: Yokomo YR-4 typeJ pro special parts?
I bought two YR4-M2 Pros...one was a runner and the other was a new car minus the motor mount... I tried to put my yokomo zd304 and my ZD304S mounts in it and I cant find a belt that is short enough for the front even with the stick pack tensioner pulley installed...This chassis seems to be a little...

Re: YOKOMO RESTORE HELP
Mike,
Any updates on this one...I have been collecting works 91/93 parts to build one from the ground up. Just need the chassis, backbone and rear tower to get one together... I also got some hex drive adapters so I could run the newer six screw wheels.

Re: yokomo yz series motor mount, which one is the best?
I just picked up the team yokomo motor mount with a couple of YR4's. It was in the spare parts bag...but it doesnt look like the belt tensioners were installed in the right places to me. Does anybody have a scan if the installation instructions for the team yokomo ZD-304S aluminum motor mount. Thank...

Shock tower ID
Picked up a shock tower in a parts lot. just not sure if it is a works tower or a one off home made piece. The material kind of matches the Associated 870C shock tower I have.
What is it?
See pics below.
