Motor Storage = Silver Eagle Coin Storage

This is my first thread, I searched for another thread to expand on but I didn't see one on motor storage. Similar to a lot of you, I raced in the 80's as a teenager. I must have received most of my motors second hand from guys at the track. BITD everyone had single motor cases and the motors I boug...

Re: Pure-Tech battery Strap for RC10 and Losi...

I spoke with Dwayne about 6 months ago. He was very nice and sold me a couple of his last straps, yellow and blue. He told me somthing about the mold being lost or broken. At the time he appeared to be on the fence about making more. Told me the mold cost $4,000 as well. It appears he descided to ge...

Re: Sway Bar Question

I don't think you can use a sway bar with the Andys arms. There is no place to attatch the sway bar to the arm. Right? :?:

I can also confirm RPM is selling black ones. I bought one a couple weeks ago and asked for white first but said black was ok. They sent black.

I would love to see it. Wish there was a dirt track by me. I'd video my RC10 v some B4's for the forum.

christhepcguy Sorry to hear those tires don't fit. Can you post photos? I'm surprised those 2.0 Losi tires don't fit. Are they too big? I'm thinking about getting these (link below) from tower but I believe they are the same size you have. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXGD99&...

Re: 1992 RC10 CE Tires/wheels? Motor?

those proline fronts are not stock, but are a fine wheel. It's 2.0 inches inside diameter.

the rear wheels look like stock that came with your car new and are also 2.0

Re: 1992 RC10 CE Tires/wheels? Motor?

also here are some motors as you asked about those as well. IMHO these will be fast but will not ruin your 6 gear trans http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Trinity-Gold-Dust-modified-motor-RC10-era-/390184223056?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Radio_Control_Vehicles&hash=item5ad8cac150 http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-T...

Re: 1992 RC10 CE Tires/wheels? Motor?

Nice car, if you are going to actually use it you may want to get an Electronic Speed Cntrol. They provide smooth throttle responce and you'll get more from your motor. I found this one ebay that you may consider and I also include a link to a new one at tower. http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Novak-Fusi...

Re: 1992 RC10 CE Tires/wheels? Motor?

I thought the OP would also like to know that lower "turn" motors are more powerful. So a 19 turn is stronger/faster than a 27 turn. It was implied but I thought I'd spell it out for the OP.
