Re: Grounded by the wife.

 Nice. I've thought about starting an allowance. I usually get my way. Kickass wife. She's in school just my income right now. But ya know have to have money for the trip home and more presents. Come Jan 1st, I'm trolling the Classifieds!

Grounded by the wife.

Well I've been grounded for buying too much this week in the ways of RC. Normally I would just tell her to mind her business or convince her it's too good of a deal to pass up. But with the holidays and vacation this month, I see her point. Guess those kiddos need some presents and such. Gotta...

Re: Some Bullet Racing/Raborn Racing nostalgia

http://www.rc10talk.com/download/file.php?id=94538&t=1 Looks to be the one on the far right and possibly the one on the far left. I really like the modified bodies too. Unfornately I'm on the radar due to my RC spending this past week. Holidays and the drive back to Mo, I'm not able to pick up ...

Re: Some Bullet Racing/Raborn Racing nostalgia

Wow. I have a set of rear arms and the LTO chassis. My chassis is well used and probably has tweak. But let Barry know that last season I was barely off pace. Record when I stopped was like a 64 or 66 lap with a direct drive Murfdog chassis. My LTO was running an RPM 2.65 and all old stuff. Not even...

Re: American Racing Conversion Sprint Car

At first I was. I got excited like a little schoolgirl with her first crush of the idea of a buildoff. Now just trying to finish this loose end before tackling other loose end projects.

Re: American Racing Conversion Sprint Car

I see the Dec contest is on. I've been waiting on my Tower order to complete this build. Then it hit me. I have everything on my Blue Classic ReRe. Plus the blue screw kit will fit that car better. So I can finish this car tonight minus stripping and polishing the tail nerf and shocks. But feeling t...

Re: American Racing Conversion Sprint Car

Ok, so thought with the talk about a 30 day buildoff, I got excited to build this. However I'm leaving mid next month for vacation. I'm going to go ahead and make an effort to complete this thing. Thanks to Rod, got all the white Re Re parts for this build. Placed an order with Tower for tie rods, b...

Something I've never actually had in my hands before. https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/v/t1.0-9/10308589_10202768147038599_2321295873023744455_n.jpg?oh=856645172d4bd8cdcdad6bb5d584cd33&oe=550C2A2D&__gda__=1426554683_8df6d9b115d24f123aeb620f9579620f And another topshaft ...

Re: Street Stock dirt oval class

Well screwed up and grabbed the wrong can when painting. Thought I grabbed black and grabbed Gunmetal. So after that I was like whatever. I decided to change up the Gold for Copper which I had on hand. Still need to get some stickers made but we'll call it good. I'll just tell everyone I did it all ...

XX Dirt Oval Car-Future Project

Ok, so have a few questions as I'm researching so I guess I'll ask here and I'll update this to a build thread once I get started. I raced a XX on dirt oval in 1996 for the first time. Had a bad day with my RC10 and ran into an old family friend. He's considered "Mr Losi" around these part...

Re: My Masive XX stash!

WOW!

I love the XX car, it was my first Losi vehicle. Made me switch to Losi brand for racing until I decided to do this vintage thing.

Re: Street Stock dirt oval class

Ok, so have confirmation that its buggy chassis. So the Rayborn can stay set up for Nastruck. So the plan originally was to take all the parts I put on this car and put back on their respective chassis. I have a thread of the build up for a vintage race. Well, call me lazy but I'm just going to thro...
