Re: Calling All Artists
As mentioned, "B" and "H" denote hardness. "B" is very soft lead. "H" is a hard lead.

I've never notice 2.n or anything, but 2, 4, and 6 were always common.

Re: Ive been working on a website for my collection...
The first RCCA I ever bought was Summer 1986. The RC12i in that issue is still the best looking pan car ever, too me. Thanks for posting those back up!

Re: #6002 - RC10 Worlds Car Kit
6.5-8.5 i would have thought depending on how soft the 10-12 turn modified brushed motors you had. Stick with what has always been your fa...

Re: New Worlds Car... Who's's going shelf queen or track run
My Worlds will be a runner. I thought about it until AE said it would not be a limited run kit. That sealed it. She'll run for sure. https://rkd9la.blu.livefilestore.com/y2pllAom3xd68wb3_H69guPlyw8C02M2EfEuwf_j4kCl2jOcWkKdef9W49WLirDaC1PyEXUSfEjbLcb-GaWIfz9SyGAu0V9w9g0omu21cHidHc/RC10_Worlds_Full_Ch...

Pro-Line Catalog -- Mid 80s [web friendly]
These are scans from my old Pro-Line catalog from around '86 or '87. These are reduced resolution images along with all the stains and markings. I think the red marks were something I bought or wanted to buy back in my Grasshopper days. :) Front Cover https://3xv92w.blu.livefilestore.com/y2pxeXnuDFY...

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
I have also been surprised by the number of negative comments about parts fit. My experience with the re-re build is that parts fit is much better than the original. The plastic seems softer, too, which made any flash trimming a breeze. I did have a binding front left suspension, but that was way be...

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
My 2nd one arrived last night. Its in the shop with the first one that is close to complete on assembly. Right before heading in last night I hung the front shocks which only have 1 mounting hole in the shock tower unlike the original 2. It appears that the shock tower will have to be drilled with ...

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
I guess the worst part is that the chassis is one of the few American-made parts, right? You can also see the four greenish-colored screws that were in the rear arm bag. https://epaxzq.blu.livefilestore.com/y2pozqRzPOkXZ7fqs59MbGd56psd6m1sbdBfgAIeq2xUzR-qnEdund0Tw-0mzYtsm-V2cORUetNL8iAGEYgiksdH75vNu...

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
I just started to screw the tranny to the pan and noticed that the tranny screw holes in the pan are not counter-sunk! The rear-most rear arm mount holes aren't either but all four stealth tranny mounting holes are?!
Anyone else seeing this, too?
