Re: Mid motor car question

The simplest answer I can give to the ones who are still having a tough time understanding this is they are using the motors gyroscopic effect.

Re: How do i upgrade my Stealth slipper clutch

This topic brings up a couple gear ratio questions for me. I might just be over analyzing it. ericsp2 said they have the RPM conversion trans. That means if the B4's top shaft has a different number of teeth then you will no longer have the 2.65 gear ratio you bought the RPM conversion trans for. Th...

Re: Re-Re Hot Trick Conversion Kits

Don't take this the wrong way but to me that body makes the vintage Hotshot look a little too modern. It kind of looks like a modernized Grasshopper body with a Hornet wing. Also are you planning on cloning any other of the Hot Trick kits or producing other rims? Keep up the awesome work! http://www...

Re: team blue groove

Judging by his feedback they're selling like hot cakes. So i'm doubting the person making them really cares how bad they are. Hopefully the buyers are just looking to find basher bodies that fit. This way the vintage R/C's can be driven without worrying about damaging the original sells. I just hope...

Re: Battery choice !?!

Those Life batteries are something pretty new right? If so you can't say they'll remain at 6.6v.

BoLink's own Hot-Rodz C-Dan

I bought this from them in May 2004 when they were going out of business. They were also gracious enough to sign it for me. I thought I was buying the one used for the box picture but it ended up being the model used for trade shows and other advertisements. Either way its a nice little piece of R/C...

Re: IF i was a rich man

I think people are attracted to them for a number of different reasons. They're like an old special/rare Hot Rod part. I think you can relate with that. Like you said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder (beer holder?) :P Me personally I would love to have a set. My wallet can't justify it t...

Re: Battery choice !?!

I'm sticking with the tried and true NiMH until something like A123 cells become standard. I haven't wanted to deal with LiPos as I haven't even driven an R/C in....... Nevermind, i'm going to hear it now as it is. Image
