Re: Front Wheel Drive Buggy Discussion
After FF buggies were forced into the 4wd class for offroad there wasn't a good reason for a company to produce an FF buggy over a 4wd design. Since then FWD has been almost exclusively an onroad thing. 1) Unless someone makes wheel hub motors, and an esc that can simulate a diff your options for mo...

Re: Identification of shocks on a rc car!
The cups and collars are AE but the shocks are not. They have no hex under the cap. They're possibly Parma (I think they may have sold a blue shock like those but not 100%), or re-ano'd Duratrax or Kyosho golds. Could also be off some Bluebird model I don't know about.

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Saw this on the book of many faces , anybody seen one before ? The chassis looks like a genuine hop up part but I've never seen one like it https://www.facebook.com/groups/368368243324356/posts/3105756062918880/?comment_id=3106185959542557&reply_comment_id=3106866769474476¬if_id=17476834...

Spotted this on ebay and thought it is neat. Igarshi motor being sold by Yokomo for their Miniracer RC-12. Would've been really cool if it had a Yokomo label on it.

"Iridum" RC12LS chassis. Honestly I didn't really want it, and I thought for sure I would get out bid.

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Looks like someone tried to modernize a late '70s 1/12 MRP/JoMac pan car with a custom CF chassis & maybe 3d printed repro parts.

I'm not a motor collector but the Dynatech 02h is a piece to a puzzle that I'll probably never actually put together.
There's also a Tamiya Acto-Power TRF Tuned motor, which I didn't know existed until I bought the lot.

Re: MIP cable kit RC10
I don't know if the replica MIP rear transmission is the same as the original but if so it's a 2:1 ratio and used metric Mod .6 gears (40t diff + 20t top gear)...same as the ones used in the Tamiya SRB trans. The original front 4wd gearboxes used different gears (30t diff + 15t top) but I'm not sure...

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Yep, I know this is a 540 motor.... but other than that, I have no clue. Anybody know more than that? Turns? Model designed for? Motor is a Flying Point FP-2100B 540 size. That's all I have, other than it looks like a black silver can... 02.jpg Don't know for sure, but it might be for FP's Onro T10...
