Re: What did i get ??? Yz10

At a glance its a 94, with optional towers, top deck, steering bridge and links, and also steering links, looks a decent basis, wing mounts do pop up from time to time, never that cheap, but they do pop up. Your hubs are Team Suzuki, pretty decent, id leave them on TBH!

Another 94 YZ10 restore.

Picked this up the other week in trade for my rather epic '92 Works. She started out as a bit of a scruff bag/cupboard fodder, but with very minimal use, so the rebuild has been fun, bit of polishing here and there, but all drivetrain parts are superb, not like my last pig i purchased haha. Its goin...

Re: Euro Pavidis?

Yeah if its really bad some non marking grips will save your post from being carved up by regular pliers, last gasp, drill out the countersunk screw head, and then rag out the remaining thread with pliers, I've done that a few times and as long as your careful, it works a treat!

Re: Euro Pavidis?

Yes, the arms, chassis, and lack of TCS are dead ringers this is a vanilla YZ10 94 with the later towers from the 95, and 97 top deck fitted I'm afraid.

Re: YZ-10 for dummies?

Nothing aggravates me more than a fella using a hammer and chisel to removed an ESC and thus carving a perfectly pretty chassis plate, arrrgghh, exacto that tape man, its easy, it just pops right off lol.

Re: 870c to Works?

Oh and tie rods too.....if you wanted to do it full on, it'll cost a whack, but you could go full carbon from FL too, think that belt you'll need is ZC653 for fine pitch?

Re: 870c to Works?

Im no expert in the workings of the 870c Dan, but i think you'll need chassis, top deck, towers, suspension arms and a front belt?
