Re: RC10 Worlds Rebuild / WOIN / Mid Motor / ?????

This build is gonna go in a different direction. https://i.imgur.com/NTaLkEh.jpg Everything is just about back together besides the shocks, which I still need to clean and rebuild. I'm getting pretty discouraged by the guys at my track talking about all the fancy latest gen mid motor laydown transmi...

https://i.imgur.com/iuMrUI1_d.jpg?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium Took it apart and cleaned the parts. The tub and composite parts cleaned up pretty well with goo gone and dish soap. The plastic bits only needed some soap and water. I don't think I'll bother with hydrogen peroxide ...

I have everything back in stock for the B1m kits. I've been as sick as a dog though so I may not be able to ship for a few more days.
I just saw your post in the business section, I'll send you a pm soon.

RC10 Worlds Rebuild / WOIN / Mid Motor / ?????

I've been out of the hobby for a little while, but I've started racing touring cars this past season at a carpet track near me and starting March they are going to start up Carpet Off Road for a few months. I bought this 1993 Worlds Car, which some of you may have seen on ebay recently. It was prett...

Re: Anybody ever seen one of these? (Kyosho RC track set)

Man, i dont have enough space. I'm gonna have to wait till spring to set it up in my driveway. This definitely looks bigger than an xmod track. I'm thinking it would be more appropriate for 1:12 oval or maybe losi mini t or similar.

Re: Anybody ever seen one of these? (Kyosho RC track set)

Yeah, i dont even have anything smaller than 1:10 scale, but i figured for $30 it was cool so what the heck. Here is a link to an album with a few more photos i took. http://imgur.com/a/yyLmF It looks complete and never used. Has kyosho decals for each track segment, some flags and even a couple coo...

Re: Anybody ever seen one of these? (Kyosho RC track set)

I'll try to set it up and take some pictures. Looks like it was designed for use with the Mini Turbo Ultima buggy, so about 1/20 I believe. The piece of paper has 1:12 on it though.

Re: Tenth Technology DTM

Most of my bearings have arrived. I ordered all these through an ebay member called "RCBearings." I believe they also have their own website. They didn't have the size I needed for the rear hub carriers, so I'm still waiting for those to cross the pacific ocean. http://i.imgur.com/PxaVBfj....

Parts Bin Oval AKA How improperly can we build an RC10?

I hope this is the right place for this, though I intended it to be more of a dirt oval car, rather than carpet oval. Basically made out of parts I had laying around, built on a graphite Houghes chassis, cause that's what I had. http://i.imgur.com/Xipj700.jpg http://i.imgur.com/lhSPQ1X.jpg http://i....

Tenth Technology DTM

I saw it from across the shop. When I saw its cantilever suspension and shiny blue parts, I nearly passed out. I'm in love, yes I'm a believer! My girlfriend sighed as I floated towards the counter in a river of my own drool as I chanted: "TENTH TECH TENTH TECH TENTH TECH TENTH TECH TENTH TECH&...

Martini RC10B5M paint job

I finally got my b5m, got it built and painted. The paint scheme is inspired by martini racing colors. Not as clean as I'd like in some places, but I'm pretty happy with it. Tell me what you think! Now that winter is finally done in Ohio...

Or at least I hope it is. I'm anxious to take part in something in northeast Ohio. Anybody know of any parking lot racing going on? I don't mind driving a bit, but it seems that there are only 2 tracks within a couple hours of the Akron area and I'm getting a bit tired of indoor offroad...

Re: 1:10 Offroad to 1:8 Onroad

1/10 cars based on 4WD offroaders had been popular in Europe, especially England and Germany, before the 200mm touring cars took over. Usually Schumacher, Yokomo or Lazers had been used. Frewer made a lot of interesting bodies as Alfa, BMW, Mercedes or the Peugeot. But isn't 200m touring car still ...
