Re: 1:10 Offroad to 1:8 Onroad

Nice! It took me far to long to realize why that's not possible in the back...

The B4's rear arms are about .5" shorter than the T. You would have to make some creative mounts though

That looks great! front looks pretty good. Are those front wheels flipped around backwards to decrease the offset?

Re: 1:10 Offroad to 1:8 Onroad

That is exactly what I was thinking of doing. How does the track and wheelbase line up? I thought maybe the 10t would be too squarish.

Re: Easy spektrum sr200 sr300 antenna mount mod

That is the most beautiful receiver I have ever seen! And it's about time! When I first saw pictures of the sr300, I thaught that was how it was, but I was disappointed when I got my hands on one.

Re: Easy spektrum sr200 sr300 antenna mount mod

They only work with dsm2, and aren't backwords comparable with dsm, or at least that's what I hear You are correct, excuse my ignorance, if you are chasing some DSM1 receivers for not much money, i can probably help you out. I may take you up on that, but first I think I'm gonna try an orange rx, d...

Re: Easy spektrum sr200 sr300 antenna mount mod

My dx2s can only have five, but more importantly, I only have one receiver, and I don't have $80 to spend on four others, and that's getting lucky on eBay.

Anybody know of any dsm comparable receivers? The orange rx receivers aren't backworxs comparable with dsm, are they?

Re: Chassis prep ~ powdercoat

It's ok to powder coat over anodizing, in fact I've heard that it is a recommended base surface for aluminum parts.

Re: Best Looking Buggies and/or Buggy Bodies Ever!

All those tube style chassis are cool. They remind me of a picture I saw earlier on an article about gene hustings that he got the inspiration for the rc10 from. I suppose they are the most realistic by a long shot.
