Re: Looking for Composite Craft two-tier front suspension de
Yes this is the same with my car. I spaced up the rear bulkhead to help fit the battery and level the top plate. I also added spacers to the posts. Ill post pics tonight or tomorrow

Re: World's Car - Vintage Class Racer (Non Re-Re)
Looking fantastic. I even love the overexposer on the last pic, it makes it look like an old photo.
I have to say I am so jealous of your vintage group. I cannot seem to find anybody in my immediate area to meet up with. I'm hoping sprint changes that.

My son's first RC10 build
My son asked me if he could build an RC10 a few weeks ago. I was excited that he asked, he really didn't seem to care too much for them up until now. So he picked out the "Swiss cheese" worlds chassis and we were going to dye a few parts green, that's his favorite color. He ended up liking...

Re: My first Yokomo ID'd and now building
Build update. I had dyed the fiberglass upper brace black but as many fiberglass parts are, it took the dye poorly and looked more dark purple than black. It matches the rear tower at least 8) I took a step away from this build for a little while. When I came back to it I was going to paint the uppe...

Re: '91 RPM Worlds build
I made some improvements to the front end (aka truck bulkhead) setup. I made and installed a heavier brace bar and installed a few small sections of nose tube brace in the bulkhead recesses to provide support. If this fails to hold up I may go the aluminum bulkhead route or have one made out of a ma...

Re: Another Rc10 racer (Pic heavy)
Looks like a great ride, I really like it.
My only concern is the rear wheel nuts do not have the nylon lock portion engaging the axle. I would think they would come loose easily.

Can you school me on those wheels. I have never seen them before. They look like they are one piece yet have some sort of bead lock?

Re: where to get anodizing done
Gomachv has a place near him in WA state that looks really good. I dont have that info handy right now. I used google to locate a place local to me when I had a chassis done. Local place was pricey though. Update, see this post: http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=33128&hilit=+anodi...
