So they soldered the battery wires to the esc for display purposes? I thought I was missing something. Looks real clean and neat that way though!

How do you charge the battery with that setup?

Well hopefully you have a good set. I'm going to try and salvage a set by seeing if I can chase the threads. If I'm unsuccessful I'll have some spares if you need them!

Did you assemble the turnbuckles yet? I had some issues with mine. OldRc had 2 sets in stock. Ordered one and found one of the short turnbuckles had messed up threads. Is a BL motor labeled "R" different than a "T"? Like 17.5R versus 17.5T

Can someone please suggest or point me in the right direction for a wing mount to use for this tower? F-L told me the Kyosho mount referenced on their site is a Lazer ZX-R. Is the ZX-5 mount the same?
