Re: #6002 - RC10 Worlds Car Kit
So excited yesterday when it arrived. Immediately opened it. All seals intact, but...shock oil everywhere!! A lot pooled up in the end of box where it has soaked up into the box. Spent this evening wiping all the bags, chassis and body with Dawn to remove the oil. I'm not very happy. The body is lik...

Re: 550 motor capable of 8s?
Thanks for the info. Although, I can't say I'm disappointed that a Cole can won't fit in my 1/10 pan car.

540 vs 550 motors
Im way confused on 540 vs 550 size motors and the power output of each and hope you can help! My questions are based on me and a friend wanting to build a 1/10 straight line top speed car. Here are some specs we found on a couple 540 and 550 size novak ballistic motors: Novak 540 4.5 turn kv=9000 wa...

550 motor capable of 8s?
I see its relatively easy to find an ESC capable of handling 8s for trucks/buggies etc. But I'm not finding any 550 motors capable of handling 8s without going to a heli or plane motor. Any suggestions? I'm trying to build a horizontal missle! ![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Re: RC10T restoration/retro mod
Go through the program on the card and it has no reverse even when it is selected and the controller calibrated. Was the brake working right? Often, the throttle channel must be reversed. However, with no fan operation, it definitely sounds like something is amiss. I've always had great luck with H...

Re: aluminum chassis spare parts build
'Aluminum' chassis...? Fastnag also forgot to mention I work at a metal fab./metal finishing company, so between the two of us we have access to get metal cut and anodized to our liking. Some of the white parts came from an early Cadillac RC10 I bought over a year ago. We had several ideas on what ...

Spectacular collection. I'm impressed and jealous.

aluminum chassis spare parts build
I would like to show you all my custom aluminum chassis spare parts build. My great friend/mentor, Fastang, assisted in this build, with parts he shared with me. He works at a water jet company that made it possible to cut this chassis. Together, we worked tirelessly to create this perfect TQ10 spar...

Re: Mid Engine RC10
I don't know a lot about the RC10GT. Is this essentially a GT with buggy arms and bulkhead?

Re: Possible to repair novak havoc?
When I read the title I was thinking to myself "not if you smoked it like I did mine!!!" I had mine hooked up properly tho. I was in the garage function testing it, doing slow circles, burnouts, brake checks, etc when all of a sudden it started to sizzle and then the smoke poured out. It g...

Extra re-re
I bought a re-re thru Tower. I convinced myself I wouldn't get one as it was on "backorder", therefore bought one from a hobby shop, and a few days later the Tower re-re showed up! I built one, but what to do with the 'extra" one. An active member on this forum corrupted me into this ...
