What do u mean by delaminating? You can pick up those screws zinc treated even at home depot. pop em into a box and shoot the tops black. There has to be a cheapy altern for those turnbuckles...someone else will chime in. Rebuilds aren't cheap dude I mean sometimes you can get lucky but in the end.....
