87 tooth b4c gear with 19th pinion. It seems perfect for intro into brushless....took a bit to adjust the losi diff...and then get the external slipper just right turns into a preference thing. I run the losi diff fairly tight as recommended by losi..and the slipper enuff to hear it squeel just a bi...

Yup I saw that problem coming up as I was pulling off the stock silver springs...but I had already scored the black ones and they were just not glossy. I thought about glossing them up maybe with some clear. And maybe the wheels too for some contrast...but the truth is ..its a runner...and I foresaw...

Its really black. All four shocks are the threaded kind and original black losi's. I took the silver shocks off but have them as spares. Front windshield is cutout for air filter to hit directly onto speed controller. Its got an 87 tooth gear and either a 17 or 19 t pinion...i ran for half an hour o...

It basically looks like a XX4 drivetrain with a 22 suspension on an aluminum chassis. Close to that at least. People today complain if things aren't new and different because they feel that old is inferior regardless of design. No one questions new things anymore as long as they came from a big man...

I was finally able to put the finishing touches on this project. Thanks to all that helped and shared information. This is a runner...but it is not my original which I am going to rebuild and restore to dub queen. It's been a lot of fun and brought back some old memories and reinvigorated an old hob...

well this car is just about done. All I need are the rear threaded shock bodies, and thats not a big deal.
