Re: Added another to my collection. The TCP.
I found it on a ATV forum lol. The guy didn't even have it posted for more then a couple hours before I spotted it. As for the driveshaft. I was told CVD will need the travel limited. So if I want to use this with bruhsless switch to the Bandit black driveshafts and the metal u-joint?

Re: Added another to my collection. The TCP.
Right now I plan on running it in 2wd buggy...probably 10.5t boost class. That will require money for a Brushless system. I'm looking into having hardened aluminum internals (ball diff gear, idler and top gear) too. I'll see what is required to get those made and see if anyone else be interested in ...

Added another to my collection. The TCP.
IDK how I do it lol. But I'm the proud owner of a TCP now. Got it for $125 shipped! http://i1034.photobucket.com/albums/a424/rc10t3b4/DSC03953.jpg http://i1034.photobucket.com/albums/a424/rc10t3b4/DSC03954.jpg http://i1034.photobucket.com/albums/a424/rc10t3b4/DSC03955.jpg http://i1034.photobucket.co...

Re: My SRT.
SRT bodies came in. Comfirmed that the older Nitro Sport wing is exactly the same as the SRT.

Re: Building the Ultimate Fibre-Lyte SRT & TCP.
I see where they are coming from but at the same time this is a shelf queen. You do not need that cut. Now if they do give you a new one for free I'll buy the one with the cut in it off you. Just need a upper chassis and my lipo has the wire on the side. BTW my SRT bodies are on their way.

Re: Building the Ultimate Fibre-Lyte SRT & TCP.
There is a defect in the upper chassis :'(. Looks like they cut alittle to much on one side.

Re: Building the Ultimate Fibre-Lyte SRT & TCP.
This is gonna be sweet! I see both of the older big bore front bodies and one rear for the SRT. If you need another matching rear body, I have one NIP. Actually, I have an original white battery strap on my TCP. It's basically a solid runner, but no show car. I'll have to think about that one. :lol...

Re: What are you running in your local races
Traxxas SRT. I sold a RC10T4.1 Factory Team with a Tekin RS Pro/7.5t setup to cover the cost for my SRT. With a few mods and suspension tuning I feel the SRT will be a better truck for my very tight indoor track and also more duarable. Plus it looks way cool.

Re: Building the Ultimate Fibre-Lyte SRT & TCP.
So Fiber-lyte still in business? Sweet. How much for all the Fiber-Lyte pieces and shipping and I notice on the website they have 2 different materials. Honestly I'm not understanding the major difference between the 2. I want to race my SRT so I'm looking for the lighter and stiffer chassis that's ...

Looks beautiful man. I see you bought that gear cover nice. Also having 3 SRT I was wondering if any hard to find parts off the SRT will work on the TCP...love to have one and seeing has i can get a carbon fiber chassis it shouldn't be hard now.

Re: My SRT.
Ok I'm lost. If I'm sending off a new OEM SRT body to someone I want the reproduction to be a near perfect match b/c from my understanding the OEM will be destroyed. Also why does the body need to be a uncut and new? Don't they just use molding paste? I have a painted SRT body that alittle beat wher...

Re: My SRT.
As for the price I say was extremely reasonable for a super rare NIB SRT body ($40 auction) where as the bodies sold today sell for $20-30. The other body that is missing a wing is at no lost to me b/c the Nitro Sport body I have uses the same wing as the SRT. Now, I am highly considering letting Te...

I love the GRT. But I can settle for the Nitro Rustler but just get rid of the rtr plastics.
