Shocks mounted. I swapped the HiCap rere dijon mustard yellow springs for the standard kit silver springs.

Now it's looking legit!

Ball diffs were smoother than expected, but the stock thrust bearings were... well... I was tempted to submit a separate order just for a couple one-piece thrust bearings. But, I already had the parts laid out on the table and had poured a beer. So I was already committed.

Looks like the old tower on my car was a two-hole Jammin' tower, but the spindle carriers were standard.

Old parts on left, new Jammin' parts on right...

Jammin' spindle carriers look like the LXT carriers.

Had to take a step back to take a few steps forward. Disassembled to install new rear tower and new Jammin' front suspension kit.

So cool... Nicely done!

Oh, and yes... box art and Jr's Choice FTW!

Although, I'm not sure I'll be able to pull 7 straight and equal lines for the box art.

The front and rear towers had a few small scratches and scuffs. Not bad at all, but my model OCD got the best of me and I decided to replace both with NIP. So... decided to go with the Jammin' front kit.

I love it!!!

Did you replace the battery box foam too, or was the existing foam still in good shape?

All of the Pro and Pro SE threads this week inspired me to pull this project down off the shelf again.

Trying to decide between stock front tower, or Jammin' steering enhancement kit...

Also trying to decide if it'll get the Jr's Choice motor, or Double Trouble.
