I have a really stupid question. I've searched the internet and came up with nothing. Probably because I myself don't even know how to ask what I want to ask. Is there a " formula " or something used when figuring dimensions on a resized part ? I basically want to build a 1/8 scale Tamiya ...

Duratrax Rc10 nitro conversion

Does anyone have a template for the top deck / plate on the duratrax nitro rc10 kit ?

My truck has a piece of sheet metal that's been cut out and doesn't look pretty.


Also on these conversions, was everyone running stock rc10 T bodies ?

Parts are actually pretty common on Ebay. Other than edinger parts , MIP 4x4 conversion parts .

Those are cool! Id like to find that chassis for my gt buggy conversion It may end up being for sale once I find a decent replacement tub .building a sprint or dirt oval car on it is honestly something Id rather not do . Sounds good. I have a decent blue pan (the later, thicker, flatter GT chassis)...
