Re: speed run tires
I keep seeing pan car wheels but w/o a proper adapter, it doesnt help. I've no experience with pan cars either so im not even sure of where to start with those. im not too happy with their color but these might have a chance of holding up. http://www.rc4less.com/index.php?cPath=4&osCsid=1685ec65...

Re: how to cut a body shell
and here I was just using scissors. Id like like 50 little cuts across each wheel arch and use a larger pair of scissors for the straight line cuts.
I do use a dremel at the top of the shocks to create a nice even curve.

speed run tires
attempted to do some super fast speed runs with my graphite and I was wondering what kind of tires to run. I've read about people using foams. I'm also at a loss of what can be run on the front since the wheels need the bearings in them. ive got a set of bolink racing tires but id like something mor...

I'm guessing they dont sell the cars through their site. looks more like t shirts or manuals by price at least.

Re: RC10 DS Mustang decals?
I would think someone made the decals as there was this DS a few weeks ago. I really have no clue who could have made them. the DS came in 4 different kits 8080, 8081, 8085, 8089. could one of them come with the decals? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Associated-RC10DS-1-10-Dual-Sport-8080-Python-Re...

Re: Painting with sharpie pens
what im trying to do at moment. The darker part of the head is sharpie backed with the prismacolor marker. once the rest is back, ill try to mask it with liquid mask. https://scontent-a-dfw.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xap1/v/t1.0-9/10920927_795456370489418_4653529070147925352_n.jpg?oh=d0f8278ccc9d5758357b4...

Painting with sharpie pens
So a design I picked out was too hard to do with just liquid mask and I didnt feel like buying an airbrush setup so I went with the sharpie pen route. I've done a few test sprays on another body with a red and black sharpie to see what back spray colors do. I'm also testing out sharpie's white oid p...

parma fasmask Liquid mask
i havent used liquid mask before but im wondering about how well it seals. If I cut a line but dont remove the piece, will paint bleed through the cracks to the body. I'm thinking that before I spray anything, I cut all the edges of my design and if it bleeds through, it will add a small outline aro...

Re: RE RE 10T or T5/T5M
I know there are very few different parts between the b5M and t5M but i didnt expect it to be so few
AW: How many parts are shared with the B5M?
KM: A lot. There only about 12 new parts to make the T5M truck.
with that few, you could just buy the parts and convert as needed lol.

Re: when RC meets power wheels
apparently there are different controlling methods. when the remote is in use, the steering wheel is just there for show.

when RC meets power wheels
http://www.brooncars.com/ so its a fancy power wheels car. then I get farther down the page and they show its also got a 2.4gh reciever system built into to with a remote. not exactly the fastest thing but could prove entertaining. suppose to cost around a grand. http://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/...
