Re: K-TOWN-KITT's rebuild thread.
I got this one in a lot last week with really only 1 crude pic. Not to bad. I laughed that they used bailing wire to hold the battery in untill I seen 5 3/32 holes drilled in the sides of the chassis for the wire too. Then it wasn't so funny. 060 (600x450).jpg 062 (600x450).jpg 064 (600x450).jpg 066...

Re: K-TOWN-KITT's rebuild thread.
I have been slacking on uploadng pics and putting my rebuilds in one thread. Thank you scr8p for combining them for me. I finished this one about 3 weeks ago. An earlier A stamp with the spring retaners without slots. 004 (600x450).jpg 008 (600x450).jpg 012 (600x450).jpg 014 (600x450).jpg 018 (600x4...

Thats good to know. One of mine are bent. I have not had the nads to bend it back in fear I will do more harm than good. Part of the reason my kit isn't built. They must of been reading the threads. http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=26618&start=30

Wow, what a lineup. For me it was the toughest one to vote on to date. Congrats to all.

Re: Vale's Rc10 Worlds Car resto
Nice choice on the turnbuckles. Pretty sure the rear outter carriers are supposed to be the black fiberous ones but I like the white. I used white ones on my world rebuild too. Looks great.

Re: CHEESY REBUILD! "BLACK N SWISS"
I have gotten the buggy together. I charged up a battery and it out for a test run. The buggy ran pretty good. My better half took a video for me to upload but I'm a Youtube noob with a 10 year old laptop and am having trouble uploading the video. 021 (600x450).jpg 023 (600x450).jpg 025 (600x450).jp...

Re: CHEESY REBUILD!
Well I have her up on her feet. I used Goof-off, a brush. and a rag and went 3 rounds getting all of the chrome finish off the rear outer wheels. I wanted to use old 3 piece wheels but I don't have much to choose from so original soft bologna skins all around. :D 002 (600x450).jpg 006 (600x450).jpg ...

Re: CHEESY REBUILD!
Yes it's still pretty strong even by the motor plate and tail. I had to make up the shocks before making the turnbuckles. Yuck, what a mess. Just finished up installing them.

WHAT YOU HAVE THERE IS AN AFTERMARKET RABORN CHASSIS. THE A&L STEERING DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT'S BEING USED CORRECTLY. NICE FIND.

Re: Modded out POS's of the month.
I didn't mention the dude forgot to ship the transmitter. Said I'll ship it this Sat. All the buggy arms and adjoining parts are all toast. All the hingepin holes are streched out. I have dyed all the parts and feel better. I guess the truck wasn't so bad besides the chassis. With a few extra titani...

Re: Modded out POS's of the month.
I got the shocks cleaned out. This place is such a mess it took me 2 hours to find all the RPM shock parts. I think There are 2 or 3 more spacers floating around. Does anyone know what kind of pistons them are? Something new to me. 2 piece piston. Obviously something modern going with the shafts. Pr...
