Tekin u10

I found this gem on eBay a couple of weeks ago, from what I understand the u10 was a team only esc that pre dates the g9, but it eventually was released as the g9. However I'm not sure if the internals are the exact same or if there were minor changes before the g9 release. I emailed tekin however t...

Re: Losi XXT CR Graphite +

You could try a decal for it, ultrahive does some impressive stuff by the looks of it. I haven't seen anything of his in person but what he has posted looks good. Give him a pm he might be able to help out.

Re: Masking curved pin striping lines

I've been laying my tape in straight lines and using a sharp exacto knife to cut the curves. After you lay the tape you will have to make two passes with the exacto knife to ensure a clean cut. Once you've done that spray a light coat or if it's a fade spray the edge lightly to seal it. I haven't ha...

Re: How the past always comes back to haunt you

there are many more i didn't cover on the website. basically companies copied off each other so 3 rail TCR systems pretty much all worked the same. many TCR systems are rare as well so it didn't pay to search them out. the earliest TCR system used Radio control where the track provided the main pow...

Re: Kyosho 1/18 McLaren MP4/3 Turbo F1 Racer build

The bike guys like the EZRun 1/18 5200kv setup. Looks cheap, and the bike is the same motor as the cars so it should be a good fit. Don't know how well it would hold up, but it's cheap! http://www.hobbypartz.com/hobbywing-ezrun-18a-18t-brushless-combo.html I've got these in my 18r and they have bee...

Re: warlock brushed motor

Same as all the other 27t brushed stock motors, they slap ther label and brushes/springs and sometimes dyno them We sold them bitd It probably has an "epic" endbell? I believe they all had epic end bells, they also made mod motors as I used to have a 12x2 I used to run up until about a ye...

I'm pretty sure I've got a used front bumper, however the screw holes on top are split. I'll give it to you if you want it as long as you pay for shipping. Pm me if you want it

It's the 4.8l v8. A v10 would have been neat but this v8 still puts out decent power 360 hp 360 tq

Re: New to me car options

I ended up getting a bmw 550i, and so far it's been amazingly fun! It
Also has almost every option available for 2007. I would have liked to get one a few years newer but I got a good deal on this and it's low mileage too.

Re: Lipos in a xx-4?

It's possible to fit saddle lipo's in the xx4 but you need to modify the battery hold down, the base of the body mount and the trans tunnel. If I remember to take pictures I'll post them later. Basically you need to ground off any ridges on the bottom of the battery straps and the bottom of the tabs...

Re: New to me car options

Yea, I'm pretty open to look most anything. I would like something that has 300+ hp in it. I like the sportier luxury cars but I'm not opposed to a truck either. We have an atv to haul around and it would be nice not to hitch up a trailer to the SUV every time we go out as we only have one. Now for ...
