Re: My New Champ Ed. Runner
Now the real building starts. I had all the suspension components assembled when my orders arrived. Also rebuilt the diff and added bearings to the tranny. Swapped out the old slipper with a b4 unit. I was gonna run the new AE rears and B4 fronts like the worlds car, but I decided on the JCon Hazard...

Re: My New Champ Ed. Runner
I love getting new parts. Especially when they are coming from 3 different places and all show up on the same day.

Here's all the white parts scrubbed and ready for a day in the sun with some 3% peroxide. Followed by a nice new pile of white!

My New Champ Ed. Runner
Been keeping busy lately with my TLR racers. But low and behold that vintage bug snuck up and bit me again! Picked up this B stamp CE off of the bay a couple weeks ago. My intentions are a 17.5 runner for the vintage class at MHOR here in Denver.

Re: Tamiya 801XT build plus electric conversion
i love my brushless 801xt! Nick's right... these things take a beating. It's inevitable the something is gonna break. That's the good thing, the kits are dirt cheap! I still need to order and extra (or two). I'm only afraid that having the kits will inspire me to build one a nitro. I'm not gonna lie...

Re: JRX Pro WOIN Style
Here's where I'm at with it now. Still waiting on parts. Gotta bunch of stuff from sabulatech and rpm coming... Think Bumblebee! Wheels and tires are gonna be matching Rulux B4 style with prolines. Havent decided on electronics yet, but I'm thinking mild brushless setup, prob a 13.5. Still on the fe...

Re: JRX Pro WOIN Style
Front suspension pieces: RPM JRXT arms, and losi threaded shocks. I'm gonna run the b4 rulux wheels, so I ordered the xxt wide axles. The b4 wheels work just fine with a rear axle spacer, but I wanna try it both ways.

Re: JRX Pro WOIN Style
Here's the tranny all mounted up with the rear suspension. I have the super sliders, but I'm going with losi universals. Just waiting on new yokes for them. Losi threaded shocks all around. Got em for a good price, so I picked them over big bores.

Re: JRX Pro WOIN Style
Took it all apart and started with the tranny. Upgraded to a slipper and hydra assembly. Also got a LX-t motor plate to replace the scratched up one. Funny thing is the chassis has hardly any wear, but the motor plate that was on it is thrashed!

JRX Pro WOIN Style
Picked the Pro up off craigslist a couple weeks ago. Buggy was hardly ran. I forgot to take pics before starting disassembly, but here's how it sat at first.
