Re: Brushless motor turn suggestions

I run an 8.5t in my Works 91 with tcs with no problem at all once i'd rebuilt the diffs. Biggest problem i encountered was lack of weight, the old Yokes are very light compared to todays cars and there's a big difference between the old nicads and lipo's. I waa adding weights all over to aid tractio...

Kyosho Triumph Truck

This turned up in the post today, £45 ebay buy. I bought it with the intention of turning it back to a buggy, but actually quite like it as is. Just wondering if its a proper conversion kit, or home made. It looks proper, i've attached photo's of the front and rear body mounts. Rear shock mount does...

ID help again!

Another day, another box of bits and another unidentified part, or in this case 4. These turned up with a very rough '94 i got for parts, they were in a small bag of odds and sods. I'm thinking, as there are no grub screws for mounting, that they could be for a 2wd maybe.... Any help with part no's ...

Re: Identify this bulk head

Thanks for the replies, there's some nice hardware out there. Whatever brand it is, its not going to be easy to find a matching mate for it.

Re: Finally got myself an 870c

Belt question - are the belts for the 870 and the works 91(3mm) the same? I'm assuming they are as the running gear has all been mounted on an 870 chassis? and what part no.s do i need to be looking for?? Both cars will be runners so i'd like to replace the belts with new.

Re: Finally got myself an 870c

Thanks for the input guys. You're all talking alot of sense, which i was going to ignore as i already have really nice '92 and its so similar to the '91 i didn't think it was worth it, and the 870 does have a special place in my rc history. But then i thought bugger it, i'll do them both. I've been ...
