Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion

HI!... So I was going through some RC motors tonight and came across this. It's a Kyosho Le Mans 480 Gold. Didn't even know I had this. lol! Anyone got any info on it? Never heard of it but I'm not a Kyosho guy. Was thinking of cleaning it up and seeing if I could get a repo sticker made up for it ...

Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion

I have spent hundreds of $$ on my buggy, on rare to find parts so $$ does not hurt Got some photos? Would love to se...

CHECK OUT EBAY, the hop up parts are slowly popping up from JAPAN sellers, some CF parts and machined parts. These 2, I just gotta have for my vintage:- http://www.ebay.com/itm/SCW010-Kyosho-Scorpion-2014-CNC-Front-Castor-Lock-Set-2pc-/371139880600?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item56...

Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion

I have started to build my re-re when I discover some extra holes and that got me thinking if Kyosho planning a different application for the Scorpion platform. Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion

My guess is the clamps would work...the original Optima/Ultima red shocks are 10mm; the Option House Gold shocks are 12mm. If a caliper says the new Scorpion shocks are 10mm diameter, then Pargu's alloy clamps should work. Cool. Now if he would get some Aluminum wheels back in stock I'd be into tha...

Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion

I don't see a measurement on the clamps, so my guess is "maybe" I've never purchased either wing mount. It's not the body odor, it's waiting for someone that knows the answer. Sometimes that takes more than 24 Hours I measured the kit shocks and they seem to be 10mm across and he is selli...

Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion

Got a question about some of the parts on the Pargu Website. Will these clamps fit the stock shocks? http://www.pargustore.com/kyosho-red-shock-clamp.html I would also like to use the metal cage and I wonder which wing mount I would need? Re: Kyosho now on the re-re bandwagon - Scorpion

Gotta hand to KYOSHO, they did a great job with the SCORPION, no ones complaining  Since I have the original scorpion chassis and parts, I am not interested in buying the complete set, instead I would to get my hands on the HOPUPS to fit to my vintage setup. I have the used GOODYEAR tires ...
