Re: #6002 - RC10 Worlds Car Kit
Yes the white is better. I'd replace the diff gear as well just in case. Make sure topshaft isn't sharp. Metal idlers just move the problem to the diff gear Thanks! I always ran the inside of the trans dry...Let's say I go all metal inside? lol. I was thinking I would need something to help keep th...

Man that would be cool - but they aren't available anymore either...scr8p wrote:The Jconcepts J82 conversion front tire and wheel is what you would want. Whether they still make them or not it do not know.

Went back to off road pin style tires and man this thing is fun. We found a nice old runway with nothing around to hit! lol. 69mph with a 4s but I wasted the idler gear. Trying to figure out an alternative. The 3d printed dogbones held up though.

Re: #6002 - RC10 Worlds Car Kit
Just wasted my 6570 idler in a vintage RC10T stealth...is this white one any better?

If I go with the Robinson steel gear am I then going to waste the diff gear? 9.5T and a 4s going 69mph is the problem but need to find a solution! lol
Opinions?

It's my understanding that these mesh kyosho wheels will work - Available in white, black and yellow. I don't know for sure but I saw a pic and these were the parts #'s I was given.

Ehhh. The foam donuts I got weren't that great. Well the actual donuts were probably ok it's the cuts that were very inconsistent and they are wickedly out of balance.n20capri wrote:Custom sized foam tires ordered! Can't wait to test them out. Car is gonna fly!

Re: Wide 1/10 pan car bodies?
I was going to go with a full body on my lowered RC10 but couldn't find anything that would fit...need to be like 250 in the front. I'd be interested if I could find something with a perfect fit...ended up going with just a buggy body...
