Re: Yokomo 870C Masami repro A-Arms
No those are just a smooth replica of the stock rear arms. The masami arms are white and shaped differently. https://scontent-lax3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/fr/cp0/e15/q65/46990561_497378150669385_933019174756679680_n.jpg?_nc_cat=105&efg=eyJpIjoibCJ9&_nc_oc=AQmfacXjue1x9YFrhJ_GH_kII4GGx0FTT4s...

Re: shapeways durability?
I haven't personally used anything from shapeways that actually touched the ground, but have read a ton of threads and post about parts breaking all the time. I just recently ordered a bunch of RC10 parts from them and there's a specific warning on the site saying "3D printed products are inten...

Re: Sell, Build, or Keep
I would personally keep that puppy all minty sealed in that beautiful shrink wrap crushing on my shelf, haven't you seen Toy Story ? They love being in the box !!! I'd have to agree if you want to build something go and pick up a used cheap one on ebay, restoring somebody else's mess is way more cha...

Re: Hotting up a Hotshot
That's a fine looking start, I have a very similar TMS chassis to that which has been collecting all sorts of dust. Let me know if you need any parts for your build as I have a metric ton of Hotshot stuff.

If it's got the holes for a stealth then I say go for it. If not then a 6 gear will do but personally would go with a MIP SP1.

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Okay to answer some questions, the longer of the 2 chassis is the same length as a rc10. The bellcrank mounting holes to the kick plate are the same, measuring in at 1 1/2". I do have both the upper decks and they are both different sizes, unfortunately I do not have any of the documents that c...

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
I got a 2nd cc rc10 chassis from my LHS and noticed that it's about 1/2" shorter than the original. Anyone know anything about a short version ?
