Re: RC10 Gold pan jconcepts wheels dont fit
BTW, I looked back at the OP's older thread. JC Racing wheels were suggested there as well. The other options suggested were the JConcepts Hazzards and using B2 fronts with Traxxas rears (hex). To be fair, if you're not familliar with both shops, it is easy to get confused with JConcepts and JC Rac...

Re: Traxxas TRX1 Modern Racer build
Really nice so far! 👍 I can’t wait to see her finished. Since the title says modern racer, is it going to be a runner? If yes, you might want to consider using Bandit parts or notorious parts known to break. Highly modified front bulkhead comes to mind, and the front A-arms. But you’ve proven often ...

Re: RC16? Because I like Mini Scale...
Well the mini revo center trans is a no go, OD is only 1mm smaller from 20 to 19... still too big. I might look into the micro cars or just make a trans case that doesnt look right... or make a trans without a diff whee :) If I were you, I'd actually decide on a diff and build the case around that....

Re: Rebuilding my JRX Pro-SE
I think you can force the 3.5mm rod into the 3mm rod ends. You migh have to countersing the start. otherwise you can drill the hole just slightly bigger as you already stated.

Re: Rebuilding my JRX Pro-SE
I think you should be fine with a swivel ball in the inner position. its mostly a position that rotates and doesnt move much fore and aft. Agreed. Yo can either get a LONG screw on the bulkhead side and add a pivot ball and a nut on the rear, or you find a ball stud with a long enough thraded shaft...

Re: Quick and easy rc10eGt
Nice conversion so far.
I assume you already have full length stick packs. Otherwise I'd suggest going with shorty or saddle packs. That way nothing need to stick out over the sides of the chassis plate.
But that is just me.

Re: Thorp Dirt Burners Losi JRX2 LRM Gears
Those aluminum gears are nice. What got me into higher grade RC buggies was when my younger brother bought a used Losi Jrx Pro SE. I then bought a used RC10T i think. That was the time when the Losi XX and the RC10 B2 and T2 had already been released. Then when old RC stuff was still dirt cheap on e...

Truck nose plate in buggy
Hi guys,
was the RPM conversion kit / ultra molded chassis the only one that used the narrow width truck style nose / nose plate out of the box? Was there also an AE Version that used this, or are those after market changes?
Thanks,
Tony

I’ve even come to like a bunch of stuff I didn’t have much interest in until joining the site. Same here. In the past, I had never given much thought to the older buggy M/T conversions or the E-GT conversion. Now, I have both. And because of this, I find myself building and collecting a lot more st...
