Re: Losi XX modern runner build
I've been running my MIP Aluminum axles with Weed Whacker Line for over a week in my Super XXT at the Track. No issues and no wear on the Titanium Outdrives! I had to glue them with CA glue. The Super XXT has a one lap Handicap against a Brushed 13T XXT at the track(my buddy runs his and I let him a...

Re: Losi XX modern runner build
As usual an incredible building from Lavigna
Regarding the tranny, why do you use the truck tranny? To better suit the brushless power?
Have a nice week-end!

Re: My blue GT
Any advice or suggestions are always welcome. I’m always open to others ideas.
In this case though. I have no access to a tire truer and could only imagine how bad I could ruin these trying to do anything to them with a drill and a dremel.

Re: Losi XX modern runner build
I'll be honest, I'm not digging it. It seems to defeat the purpose of carbon fiber. CF is mainly to save weight, but the webbed part you cut out probably weighs less than the CF part that filled it in. I think it looks nice, but without cutting some webbing in the CF part, it just doesn't seem logic...

Re: Losi XX modern runner build
I once thought I found a problem on one of your builds... turns out it was just fuzz on my screen.
I really like the look of the front brace, and the buggy as a whole. That motor plate and those tie rods tho!!

Re: K-Factory Nitro TC3 Build
This is a very impressive build. Those K-Factory parts are very nice pieces. I hope you get this one completed and updated. Thanks! I have my OG NTC3 that I am thinking may need a rebuild. Thanks Lavigna - thats just the kind of comment I need to re-focus my attention on actually completing somethi...

Re: K-Factory Nitro TC3 Build
I did a bit of a shuffle with the shocks - they are now in a collection of parts called "Factory Team TC3" which will one day find its way here. These are V2 shocks with the later version of unobtanium coated shafts that are gold instead of grey. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/pw/ACtC-3...

Re: K-Factory Nitro TC3 Build
So this is kind of where I'm at so far - I've built the K-factory 2speed and installed it on my motor. added a couple of servos and made up the steering links with some Lunsford titanium turnbuckles. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/pw/ACtC-3c3mHZcdfoEOBQCdN6e9UxeR3eXQCdk2PdNHzUXWR5pINzdV5UwcmDqtvi...

Custom Works Dominator Refresh
Here's a Custom Works Dominator I finally built after having it sit for a few years. I replaced all the plastic pieces, polished the metal parts and added Houge diff sprockets and new chains. I used a re-wired Novak T-1X, NER-2X, NES-1A and receiver pack, along with an East Coast Modifieds mod motor...
