Re: New Build - NIB B2 Japan Export
Please don't feel like you have to do anything here. I have no negative feelings about what went down in the past, or what I have in my possession. Having said that, if you have the 6877 edge tires, I'd definitely be interested in a trade. I love the wide fives, but feel like they're wasted on me. ...

Re: New Build - NIB B2 Japan Export
Stealth time! Sorry, I didn't get many photos of this part. I got into a groove and was just wrenching away. PXL_20241007_221911982_lsAeapoi52.jpeg Added the rear arms to the bottom plate and installed the trans and motor plate. Slight change to the instructions here, too. PXL_20241008_115241692_8Fa...

Re: New Build - NIB B2 Japan Export
Alright chassis is together! PXL_20241008_124310872_C46nFyGI9L.jpeg PXL_20241008_124331431_2X3eGqbF2O.jpeg First white part is a silly one, but I dig it! Rear hub spacer. It was black in my later B2 kit back in the day. PXL_20241008_124351830_14L3qcwv01.jpeg Time to build the best shocks in the indu...

Re: NEOTRX-1
Orange and purple stuff. 8) Novak.jpg Novak ESC with cans. Not enough orange! ESC.jpg All this wiring for damn brushless? Motor.jpg Front width with the DT02 wheels is around 254mm. I have some BMAX2 wheels that take a 5x10mm bearing that I'll try. Rear width is 245mm with the Yokomo setup. Seeing o...

Re: NEOTRX-1
With the B-MAX2 front wheels, the front width is now 245mm, same as the rear. Just enough clearance from the Yokomo rod ends and arms throughout steering movement.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I got a DuraNovakTrax M5 from mikea96 that was a takeoff from a buggy he's building. Thanks Mike! I did a little wiring cleanup of some old splices. It's a nice little unit. I think I have an extra heat sink somewhere too. . 1000015190.jpg . I also picked up a nice Pit Wizard for a decent price. I e...

Re: New Build - NIB B2 Japan Export
I must keep running into post picture limits. Just needed a few more to wrap up today's progress. For the tires, I have to thank jcwrks for trading me for the correct fronts. Rears will prove to be a bit more challenging, but until I can track down the Flat Stubbies, a set of XTR Pro-82's will take ...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
A friend that's getting rid of his RC stuff sent me a pile of vintage stickers. Stickers are my favorite way to fix my paint jobs!

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Amain was (is?) closing out some toy grade stuff, took a gamble on them since they didn't have much for pics or reviews. This entire lot was under $100, and while shipping wasn't free I did make another purchase that qualified so the entire lot shipped for free. Pretty impressed with the quality for...

Re: Take Two - Plan B Race Truck
Transmission time.... Old grey idler and ceramic bearings 20241029_235033.jpg 7075 aluminum top shaft to lighten the rotational load, and since I bought the wrong slipper eliminator I had to drill a new hole in the top shaft. 20241029_235104.jpg Slipper eliminator fits well and is pretty minimalisti...
