8 cell battery and a modified motor in a pan car chassis. The Cobra body is definitely appropriate. Very nice!

Made front carbon fibre arm reinforcing plates. Also polished the pivot balls which helps a lot. The arms have been re-hydrating in a jar of water for the past four weeks to stop them cracking when reinserting the balls. It seems to have worked. The strut extensions have also been remade in 2mm G10 ...

Front bumper and underguard made from Kydex. It's based on a Pro 10 bumper. It'll do a good job of protecting the pivot ball screws.

Factory Works steering fitted. Thanks Jeff! Still have to get turnbuckles of the right length. Stickered up reveal shots. I won't use the Coyote wheels and tyres on this build. They're only in these shots to prop the car up. I will use black wheels though.

Wife gave me an old storage bin she wasn't using so I figured I'd try it to store motors in. Holds them perfectly, so I ordered 8 more bins online. 550 cans are too big for the 18-compartment config, but I'm sure I'll think of something.

I finally "binned" some of the ESCs in my collection. Only ones missing are probably 25-30 stock Traxxas/Duratrax/Futaba/Tamiya ESCs.
