Lots and lots of elbow-grease and sore wrists and hands...either with fine grit wet-sanding or a polishing bit & compound with a Dremel, I'm guessing. Nice work there.

Very nice work! What did you use to remove the anodizing? Easy Off oven cleaner. Let it soak for a few minutes, brush off with toothbrush and rinse with water.
