Tube chassis Clodbuster
This is a Clod I started building in the fall of 2018. I had been out of RC for about 20 yrs and decided to jump back in about a year & half ago with a tube chassis clod again. This one has taken a back burner a few times due to other projects. Actually finished up my 2nd Clod since getting back...

Re: It's starting now (Apr2020)... CWF (tub) and Shiny RC10
The next step is to mount the case on the chassis... given the recent findings on how accurate the chassis is, I was a bit worried to be honest  But it all went smooth - the holes line up. Re: I started something...
I still have no clue what this car is but I enjoy watching it come together.
Based upon the massive size of that aluminum side plate, I'm guessing that motor cooling was not a problem with this RC.
Very much looking forward to the next update.

Re: We're getting there (May2020)... CWF (tub) and Shiny RC10
More NiB parts 8) https://images2.imgbox.com/ea/03/ccmgBKb6_o.jpg I have also just purchased another Worlds Car a few months ago, which was a hybrid of re-re and original parts... I will give it the neo-retro later on, and it had a perfect-looking CWF battery brace, which I stole for this build. The...

Re: Street Eliminator project “it doesn’t say you cant”
Tires- they grow pretty significantly on the hit. The wheelie bar is set so when the front tires grow it takes the weight off the rear tires so you are probably hearing some chatter from that as well. On the last couple runs I took out some power and it helped the launch a bit. Once the new motor ar...
