It all looks to be printed , the 959 is described as fused nylon , that's selective laser sintering or multi jet Fusion , either way printed , the tires are described as having divots on the back face from the production method or in other words support material , I'd presume they are resin printed ...

The other thing about the tires without seeing them would be the quality , if they are resin printed they will look pretty flawless from one side but if they are FDM printed they will not be anything like the same finish as injection moulded tires even on the good side and without seeing a genuine p...

Pretty sure I found pulleys with 3mm bore that I drilled out the 3.2 for pinion/pulleys , probably easier than finding the sleeve or at least more economic .

I also thought the print was rough compared to yours. The price was great, but the quality was something to be desired. I think they probably used the smaller machine on the part. I think it took 90 minutes to print. A smaller machine could actually help quality as many of the moving parts are smal...

If you have any you could try acetone(nail varnish remover) on a piece of the plastic and see if it softens or melts it , if so then ABS would work . Alternatively I could make the rivet part longer and it could be melted into a rivet head , problem then is that the decals go over the joint .
