Headed back home, went through Roswell and also hit Route 66 for a few miles just to say I did it.

I had to wait all the parts being here to do this before I start the build...

We'll start by cutting off the gearbox ears since we won't be using the integrated mounts. OK, I was hesitant at first but I think you guys were right. I like it better now. Also used a silver paint pen to paint the "Datsun" lettering on the sides and grill. I'm done with it for real now.

Need to get a few more parts before progressing further. E-clips, ball studs, turnbuckles, etc.

The advantage having a Bambu Lab X1C, it is quite quick to print such part... And it lines up perfectly, as expected...
