Re: Tres Compilaciones De Futaba FX10s
The shelfie is just about done. I still need to paint the driver, but I will do that the same time I paint the one for the runner.
This thing came out better than I thought it would. I honestly can't stop smiling at it! I am 13 again!!

Re: Marui Samurai 4WD - Another SilverTriple's journey...
Today I started to execute the plan, and attached the frames with my measurement braces... https://i.imgur.com/ItN94k3.jpg?1 First, beside the gearbox attachement, the chassis is symmetrical :) https://i.imgur.com/S2BBR5U.jpg Then I used triangulation to define the attachment points, and less than t...

Re: A new project - Nichimo Spirit FF - The first of a kind
Yesterday, before going to bed, I launched a print of rims in red PLA. Those rims are based on Nichimo original design in a single part, and are adapted to "easy to source" 2 inches tires (with Hotshot tires in mind for my car). This morning, the print was at 44%, and it finished within th...

Re: Motor Collection - Old School Horsepower
Today, I did this Reedy 14X3. Disassembled and cleaned everything, cut the comm, polished the brush hoods, painted the can, and added a new MCI decal. It already had the timing label that matches the decal. Screenshot_20220415-180537_Gallery.jpg Screenshot_20220415-180549_Gallery.jpg The brushes had...

Re: Dsppc cougar build
Just a quick up date on the mid, I’ve managed to get a couple of race meeting in since building it and I’ve got to say I’m really impressed with it so far. I hadn’t raced a buggy in nearly 5 years so the first meeting was a bit of a steep learning curve for sure. A few minor tweaks and it was really...

Re: 11 years smoke free
I'd absolutely really want to quit. Even being a "part-time" smoker, it's hard. Part time meaning, I typically have 0-2 cigarettes a day, but smoke like chimney while drinking occasionally. Well done Steve Dude, we're all human! I've heard it gets easier to every time you decide to. I am ...

Well, there is still stickers missing, but I'm not sure yet if I'll put Nichimo Stickers on my own Nichimo... I may want to do something different, as it is differ...

Re: RC10 Basher CNC
This is how it looks now. I made the parts whick connect the nose brace upper deck to the noseplate and the upper deck to the rear bulkhead. As you can see it is getting serious here. Or series? If i have the machine ready I always make two, three or four, when the machine is ready it is done ...

Re: Brushed motor rehab
Got it back together. Whoever was in this motor before, had the armature endplay way too tight. I adjusted the endplay and centered the armature in the magnetic field. I reassembled it with new Trinity springs and the old brushes. I checked rotation before installing the decal, so that everything wo...

Re: Losi JRX Chassis?!?
I think the 30* kick up carbon plate is where the real value is, it opens up the opportunity to make all sorts of chassis that are long gone.

Re: A new project - Nichimo Spirit FF - The first of a kind
Once the gearbox is completed, the next steps are about the front suspension. First the knuckles... https://i.imgur.com/apsYjrz.jpg And the front arms are joining the knuckles. The adjustment is tight, but is moving. I added some dry lube in the pivots, and it is smooth now. I guess it will improve ...
