Finally managed to go pick mine up.

Personally I do both, depends on my mood and trust of cut lines. Tamiya or kyosho bodies no problem. I do not trust AE cut lines or holes. I would get it mounted first then paint. For the body mount holes I like to leave the posts off and get the body fitting properly, then add the rear post by look...

I had Andy's paint my 40th body. I hate and am terrible at trimming so I asked if he would do that, too. He did for an additional fee and it's absolutely perfect!
