My ultima pro
I present to you my original ultima pro. This was bought off ebay last year as birthday present to myself to give me a large dose of nostalgia. I raced one as a kid back in 91-94 when everybody else had Schumacher cougars and rc10s. I had to replace the front bulkhead and somewhere along the road a ...

Re: Is this much spur gear/diff hub gap normal?
As I said, you can try a Traxxas spur as well.
The center is close enough that it will still physically fit on a standard tube, but the fit is too tight for the diff to work.

Re: Is this much spur gear/diff hub gap normal?
Well, what's most important is that it's your car so build it your way. I can fully appreciate the desire to keep the car 100% "AE" but there's no shame in venturing outside the brand to resolve a problem. If the Traxxas spur will fit then, by all means, feel free to use it. That i...

Re: B4 parts supplies drying up
I have a B4 RTR I bought a while back on eBay and haven't run yet. The price was perfect for a used 'modern' basher, and for a model that I figured would have future parts availability like a 2nd gen Camaro considering how long the B4 platform was Associated's main 2WD buggy. But looking around, fr...

Re: Stadium Blitzer rebuild
Made a esc shelf from some aluminum flat bar.
And got it all wired up. The wiring actually looks cleaner in person, there just didn't seem to be a good picture angle.

Theater room project finished
Finally finished a 3D printing project I started about 3 weeks ago. Bought a pair of side tables for the theater room with the intent of doing a diorama on each one of them. First one I wanted a Wizard tower with a Kraken attacking it and a dragon sitting atop the tower watching on. Pretty much ever...

Home theater
It took me longer to build the theater than it took to build the house.
130+" screen, 7.1, 2k watts, sub plays well below 20hz and lots of acoustic damping.
The only task that was "farmed out" was the seating upholstery.
It started as an unfinished rectangular room.

Re: Forum News & Discussion
I just noticed a major problem with it unfortunately. When you switch the colors to red or green, half the background changes to a similar color. :? I also just finished setting up another skin called 'win10'. It came out so nice, I set it as the boards new default! :) The AcidTech skin we've used f...
