WOIO build
There ain't nothing new about it. Even different is still old. But whatever. I got the idea of using the RPM Bandit arms from one of Niki's builds but decided to approach the steering differently. Truck nose plate, cut down and tapped for use on a buggy. Screenshot_20220323-164940_Gallery.jpg Worlds...

Hello from France
Hi guys, Happy to join this forum. I'm Mathieu, living in Cannes France, 43yrs old. I've been a RC fan when I was 12-15yrs. My first RC was a Grasshopper and then a Kyosho Raider Pro. I decided afterwards to move to a nitro on track with a Kyosho Spider Pure Ten MK1 Mclaren F1 GTR. Years have passed...

Re: RC10B4 vs. RC10B4 factory team collectibility value?
A 90's Escort GT is an antique but that doesn't make it a vintage sports car.

We used to call that car The Muscort! Ford tried so hard to style that car like a Mustang.juicedcoupe wrote: ↑Mon Apr 04, 2022 1:16 pm A 90's Escort GT is an antique but that doesn't make it a vintage sports car.

Re: RC10B4 vs. RC10B4 factory team collectibility value?
In my humble opinion the (sc10)/rc10x.4.x series is an absolute classic that will be what the aluminum pans are to our generation. They were present in the bashing scene but were also really competent racers. It was such a solid design that it started with nicads, brushed motors and am/fm radios and...

Re: RC10B4 vs. RC10B4 factory team collectibility value?
My opinion is the only B4's that will retain value are NIB or very early B4's with early production parts. I have posted pictures of the early parts before.
They may become more collectable one day but only time will tell.

Re: Shock Cap thread and 1/8" hinge pins
Probably easier to find tubing with the correct ID, then ream the parts to fit the tubing.
The easiest solution is probably to order the correct parts from Lunsford. They still make them.

Re: RC10B4 vs. RC10B4 factory team collectibility value?
I have a few various T4's, so I'm rooting for that they become immensely collectible and end up being worth a fortune in the future

Re: Help finding plastic TC shock parts
You may want to look into the Lunsford black ends. The rpm ends are longer and thicker than stock and can cause some suspension binding on the front end. I worked around it because I wanted white ends. So you got white rpm and it binds ? Yeah on the front bulkhead there is only a little clearance b...
