Re: Help finding plastic TC shock parts
Yeah on the front bulkhead there is only a little clearance between in inner camber adjustment and the steering bellcrank ball cups. The rpm heavy duty ballcups are thicker than the stock ones so it can cause binding. I think I used 2 original ball cups just in that area so everything clears. I als...

Re: Help finding plastic TC shock parts
You may want to look into the Lunsford black ends. The rpm ends are longer and thicker than stock and can cause some suspension binding on the front end. I worked around it because I wanted white ends. So you got white rpm and it binds ? Yeah on the front bulkhead there is only a little clearance b...

Re: Losi Mini-B Flash Sale
You folks are terrible. First I was tempted into a cheap 144001, now it's the Mini B.
Ordered from Amain. I have not even looked at which motors will fit.

Re: Losi XX WOIN Racer build
I rewired the motor wires in an attempt to hide the wires further. I am relatively happy with the result, however I used a different wire this time, and the sheathing near the motor solder joints burned. Therefore, it doesn't look as clean as it should. I got the shocks and links built and installed...

Pro tip #6636
When you are moving and have either packed away or sold every lubricant you had in the house (including the bedroom ones), diff grease makes squeaky hinges glide like new.

Re: Losi XX WOIN Racer build
I cut this battery brace and mounted a wing. I just need to sort a body and wheels, rear sway bar, and add some go fast decals!

Re: RC10T2 Basher
The AE ones were anodised.
Check you comm that there aren't dark spots/peeling after using your comm pen, it's possible that it's burnt or damaged depending on the arcing and heat. I highly doubt the springs would rub the comm as they should stop short due to the slots in the brush hood.

If it was run until the brushes were gone, I'm quite sure that it was arcing heavily. The spring tension would have been minimal. At the very lea...

Re: Z Bend Pushrod for the 6 gear asc 6256
I have some that measure 0.059" and others that are 0.063".
That being said, I don't use them on any of my cars. Only one even has the original style servo saver, only because I had a new one laying around.

I measured the ones from my Digger, they were 0.058". While they definitely cost more, they aren't expensive. They also include new collars.

RC4X4's RC10 Resto runner (basement find)
I finally got my hands on a rc10, never had one before. It was missing a few parts that I will start tracking down, but regardless I'm very stoked about getting it cleaned up and in shape.

Re: Basement find
I'd also recommend rehydrating all the nylon parts , give them a clean then stick them in a bucket of water for a couple of days , don't boil them , nylon should have a water content to remain supple and when it dries out it becomes brittle , simply soaking in water for a day or two restores the wat...
