Re: Geforce Genova
every time I see someone ask about it going to other countries it is shot down, appears to be japan only. Not sure, maybe they just dont have distributors. Having Masami back the car will make it popular no matter what it is quality wise. looking at the parts that are available, the trans is very tr...

Re: Geforce Genova
I was thinking of the Genova as being in the Dt02/03 or bandit level of car. If that's what you are looking for, the Bandit is a no- brainer. The amount of factory and aftermarket support for the 2WD Traxxas is insane. It is probably the longest running and best supported platform in RC history. Th...

AE TF-10: An AE Top Fuel Hodge Podge
Why be in the middle of one build when you can be in the middle of four? It eats up all that time you sit around waiting for parts, and paint to dry, etc. My inspiration behind this one was thinking that I was an AE guy back in the '90s and I had a local shop / track where I raced dirt and oval (mul...

** RC10Talk YouTube Channel **
I started a YouTube channel last week thinking I'd get some killer Vonats video together. Well, that didn't happen.
Not sure how it's going to get used at the moment. But feel free to subscribe.

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
Didn't want to start a new thread and my search capabilities here stink. I got every mention of "inch" and "tires"..... Does anybody know of a source for new but vintage style 2.1"/2.0" front/rear 2wd buggy tires? Traxxas has some 2.1 fronts: #4740 ribbed, #1771...

Re: Making Dyed parts white(er)
I don't know if it works to remove dye, but if anyone has ABS plastic bits that have "yellowed" or "browned" with age, the hair salon bath/ultraviolet light trick works very well.

Re: Blackfoot price?
The one improvement I'm aware of with the re release Blackfoot is an important one, the outdrives and dogbones. The original had hex shaped dogbones that were prone to getting rounded off. The fix was to get a Thorp setup. The new version is the standard ball/pin dogbone setup that it always should ...

Re: Quick and easy rc10eGt
Nice conversion so far.
I assume you already have full length stick packs. Otherwise I'd suggest going with shorty or saddle packs. That way nothing need to stick out over the sides of the chassis plate.
But that is just me.

Re: what rear arm mounts came with the rc10t?
This is what mine shows. I believe those are 1.5° mounts and 3° carriers, but that seems excessive.
I don't like using 3° mounts on a truck, due to the control arms length. To me, it looks odd.
