Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I don't really collect Hot Wheels, but I have a soft spot for KITT. Such a cool TV car. It seemed kind of like an oversized RC car. Maybe I'll need to see if I can make an RC replica someday with an oscillating red led light strip. It would be several cars back on the project list though. . PXL_2022...

Got a nice Polaris AM receiver, and the FCC should approve of it.

Re: Currently Playing
Hard to believe that this album came out so long ago. As I was pondering the week I've had, and refreshing my thirst in the driveway earlier, this came up on random. Has a bit of a different feel for The Offspring, whom I love. Seems relevant tonight. They have a new album out which I haven't listen...

Re: Friend gave me two B3s!!!
Custom Works long cups are nearly identical. Even though they are discounted, I still run across the 7230's often. RPM cups can be used in most places but they are a little bulkier than AE or CW cups. AE turnbuckles and known for breaking and bending at the threads. I prefer Schumacher turnbuckles.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
This is Jeremy from Boki, we can absolutely do gear covers in Lexan. We’ll spin up versions of the standard one and B4 slipper conversion style. How many are we looking at? We’ll also make this a stock item.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I picked up a TERX 75AM and TSC 411P set. They came attached to a nice 12L carrying case. I'll probably look to see if someone else needs this nice 12L because I have a few of them already.

My modified Tamiya Egress combines old and new hop-ups. The foundation is a reissued Egress, with smoky windows, sparkling silver, improved ball cups and upgraded aluminum suspension, steering and transmission from G-Force option parts. The stance is vintage Egress using cast metal uprights and lowe...

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
Just got done painting this one. It's a ECX Torment that I picked up as a slider, some time back. Other than cutting down the bumpers (at least the rear one), I'm calling this one done. The color change does show up great in this picture. That is a extra thick body. While awkward to mask, it gives t...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
After seeing Amain raise the price $30 *AND* start collecting state sales tax I had a bit of a 'get off my butt and get one' moment with the Super Clodbuster. Michael's RC Hobbies has been my big purchase place a couple of times now. I immediately got some eye rolls and a slew of sighs from the wife...

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
Got another one finished before the rain set in. This is a RC10 E-GT conversion. I picked up a slider a while back and mostly finished it with leftover RTR parts and other stuff that was laying around.
