Re: So, what did you do RC today?
After work, put some electronics in my newly acquired B4.
Hitec Shredder receiver, Yokomo SCR-BR esc, and an Flight Test servo. I don't have many extra Reedy motors, so I used a Trinity Speed Gems Pro (15X2).

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
A really nice time capsule came my way. All it needs is a good cleaning and a body. The original owner seems to have taken really good care of it. I'm not sure if I'll go painted or clear with the body.

Re: Fixing up the Frankentruck(s), the fleet of them
The Frankentruck lost its body to one of the EGTs. But it got an upgrade. The replacement was from a shelfer GT, but didn't quite work with the T3 rear shock tower. After a little trimming and the addition of a pair of carbon fiber RC10B4 hub towers for the shock attachment points, the body now fits...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Was digging through a junk box and found an old Wii power supply that had it's cord chewed up. I noticed that it had enough output to be usable. Screenshot_20230704_155051_Gallery.jpg So I fixed the cord and fitted it to a Traxxas RTR charger. Screenshot_20230704_155115_Gallery.jpg While it isn't an...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Got a sweet batch of motors from a factory backed dirt oval racer! All the bagged motors were factory rebuilt in 1990, ready to race.

Re: Forum News & Discussion
It's funny how after all that work, it looks like I did nothing at all... Forest for the trees... Noticeable difference in appearance without looking like a whole new theme. Most importantly... the site and pages loads a LOT faster than before. I give it two thumbs up! I kept thinking of the ...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Managed to fit one of those $20 Injora transmissions on a RC10 (going to be a truck). I had to clearance the gear cover a little, to allow more upward movement of the half-shafts. Screenshot_20230801_192132_Gallery.jpg The half-shafts came off a ECX Torment and the carriers are from a Traxxas Stamp...

RC10B4 Blue Anodized Project
This project started with a new partially assembled RC10B4. This could be the stealthiest RC10 of all time. Except for the shocks, this is as blacked out as a buggy can be! I came across blue anodized suspension arms for the B4 (not sure who the maker was) and was intrigued by the idea of adding som...
