Small update...Chassis has been picked...converting an old RJ Speed Nitro Pro Mod ...body has been bought..67' Camaro...2 sets of of rocket engines (D and F) on the way....2 engine mounts have been purchased...one single, one dual...both mounts will hold F and D engines with reducers...just gatherin...

Don't the rocket motors shoot a charge out the front once they burn to the end? The rockets with a "0" at the end (ie. F15-0) have no discharge for chutes..the rockets I am using are all single stage rockets with no discharge...basically the only question is how fast is it gonna run, can ...

Made some decent headway....mounted the rockets furthback like recommended...so they won't overheat the axle That's an airplane receiver, I don't want to loose signal! 20230422_152623.jpg Modified the old Pro Mod body for now, had to lengthen rear wheel opening 1.5 inches back.... it isn't the final...

Got the car all done except the parachute system, chute timer, body....everything has been tested and works...including the rocket igniter from the transmitter...weighs 2.01lbs with ProMod body on it...I converted to single engine for now, will work my way up to the duals...this is serious stuff...I...

Great stuff, when is lift off..... err... I mean launch ? Hopefully in a week or so for initial testing! Please tell me you're recording it's launch. I want to see this thing haul ass. Yes sir I am!...but I have alot initial testing to do first.... Plus "E" engines have entered the mix......
