Re: 10L Resto with a couple of questions

Well, I had one of the original Nissan GTP bodies in my cart on ebay for a few days and put off buying it for whatever reason worried about possible Tude? No. I just wasn't 100% sold it was what I wanted. It seems a bit oversized. I'd rather have something with a tighter fit honestly... Certa...

Re: ** Build of the Year Contest - 2020 ** - Winner - Asso_man!

I'd be lying if I didn't say that I'm shocked my Hornet didn't win build of the year.... I thought I'd cracked the code!

Re: ** Build of the Year Contest - 2020 ** - Winner - Asso_man!

Thank you so much! I’m really honoured to win this year’s contest with this special tribute build to Gene Husting. It was a very close win though and I want to congratulate all other contenders with their beautiful entries. The idea of a calendar would be fantastic with a part of the proceedings tha...

Re: ** Build of the Year Contest - 2020 ** - Winner - Asso_man!

Congrats David.

I also want to thank everyone that has taken the time to enter a vehicle this year, and to all of those that take time to vote each month.

Re: **Contest Questions/Comments**

1 man, 1 vote. But I'm so dumb I've never voted twice even when there are 2 votes! I always forget and submit one. So either way, nothing changes for me.

Re: 10L Resto with a couple of questions

TRC radials showed up. I'm very happy with them. They're going to really grip nicely on any decent surface. Tore it down today and did a basic clean up. I'll add a little finesse as things move along. Happy new year to all!

Re: What did you get for Christmas

Rc stuff was mainly parts for my lil' 24th scale scx24. Got a rock bouncer chassis, 4mm wide axles kit, mudslinger tires, emax servo, and various brass parts to make it heavier for better crawling. Also got a new set of Rc metric hex drivers. Another thing I got that isn't directly RC related but wi...

Re: RD-11 vs RD-22

RD-11 was the entire gear set, RD-22 was just a pair of idlers. Same idlers, just packaged differently. The seller has parted a set to sell them that way, and has thus just assigned his own part numbers. Neither are wrong, but RD-11 should be a whole set and RD-22 should be a pair of idlers.
