Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Am I nuts? I am starting to feel like I am nuts lol. Here's a pic for you Jeff, Shock towers are top notch! I would Place the sticker on the chassis but I have to reprint it as this one I printed before I found the bellcrank flaw :) There are 3 major issues with this build.. There are no Mini versio...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Finally got the Factory Works Pro rear shock tower installed. The lower middle shock holes seem to be ideal. At first I tried the lower outer holes like the Proformance manual recommends..but the springs rubbed the trailing links. Now to start trimming the body… Yeah, that shock tower is really mor...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
With the H arms I think you could also move up on the arm to utilize the upper part of the pro tower until longer shocks arrive.

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Looks good! I think 2” is a good compromise for scale look and tire choices. I would prefer the Jrxt 3pc or Junior T wheels though.. Working on it =) These tires are actually 1.7" made for the original RC10, the 2.0 tires just looked too big to me. They have very... complicated curves. The LXT...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Managed to get the battery to fit into an original styled Battery Box by moving it forward a couple mm and cutting a slot for the wires. It now fits in a stock Mini Jrx2 with stock electronics and battery. I have also included the original live hinge model if you have a decent semi flexible filament...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Well, just need to wait for my orange pla to arrive so I can try printing out my walking clock....
They should work fine and be fairly light on support material to print thanks to those deep cones. I am going to hold off uploading them for now as I want first crack at printing them lol.

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
If you build up from parts, the bellcrank posts require 2.5mm e clips which are completely unlisted and not supplied in any mini jrx2 parts bag. I used Axial as they were cheapest.

Re: (1986-2005) RC Car Action Archives
Hello, I'll admit to being a long time lurker in this forum, but thought I'd pop my head up and ask: Does anyone have a .pdf download link that they could kindly share? I'd love to brim my tablet with these and flick through them. I'll admit I have got a fairly small stash of these from the late 90'...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Cults is linked to a service that will print your 3d files for you. It connects to many printshops around the world with options in material and surface finish among others. That and if you really only wanted to use Shapeways there is nothing preventing you from taking the stl over there manually. H...
