Kyosho Outrage
I completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned this car, I'm not sure it was ever run.
A few more pics. https://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?p=560878&hilit=outrage#p560878

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I have been after both of these motors for quite awhile. They both popped up the other day for a reasonable price. Sometimes you just luck out.
I am very excited for the P-94. Not sure why exactly, but it's one of my favorite motors.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
A few things arrived today... First an essential part for the Super Wheelie I'm building for my daughter (she is 14 but she will love this)... https://i.imgur.com/LGsQRxw.jpeg Then a NIB car... The box is a bit damaged, but the content is brand new... https://i.imgur.com/Qx0rOcQ.jpeg https://i.imgur...

A diff and spool for a puller project (had to get into it quick to determine shaft size), FTW chassis plate for a SRB project, and a chassis for a next project.

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary
About the chassis it is certainly thinner and lighter than the original. It's like the CC. I don't have the classic reissue so can't comment on that one. Do you have actual thickness numbers to support the thinner claim? From my research, I have heard the 40th is as thick as an original variant. I ...

New RC Genre
It's been awhile since I've posted here, but I wanted to share my latest project... Kyosho Mini Z buggy (MB010). Recently, a new shop, with a track, opened down the street from me. These guys are serious about doing things right, and having a good time with it. I've never considered a 1/24 scale car...

Re: TAG Navajo (Pro)
The body is finished apart from the MCI stickers that are on the way. Not too shabby considering what it looked like. 1.jpg On to the first modification. The front track is only about 215mm, which is too narrow for my liking. There's also no front kickup plus hardly any castor. To cure this, I made ...

Quik King Cab Story...
So this Tamiya King Cab was painted 2 years ago when I first started my hunt for them. It was actually my very first find, but unfortunately, the body was painted and backed with black, which turned the supposed bright red into this dark burgundyish color. Being highly upset, I chucked the body in t...

Tamiya Blackfoot AKA Redfoot Finally Done!
I put this project on hold as I wanted to do some final touches. I lowered the body, made a new driver, installed new diff, and sent the wheels out to get the mikesrcworld treatment. He did such an amazing job that I just had to rip open a fresh pack of proline tires and slapped them on along with a...

Agama N110 - a new laydown shock system in actual daylight
Always had a soft spot for laydown shock systems on 1/10 offroad. First when it was launched on the Topcat , and later the full-blown front and rear laydown on the Tenth Technology Predator. Seen some concepts over the years ending up in the drawer, but now it seems the Agama N110 actually makes it ...

Making a vintage parts brushed frankenmotor
I came across this really cool Epic endbell and felt like it deserved to have a can and armature to go with it. The armature I selected is a 12 turn quad with welded tabs. I think it might be a Peak Performance armature, because it came from a former sponsored racer that has been a great source of m...

Re: TAG Navajo (Pro)
Made front carbon fibre arm reinforcing plates. Also polished the pivot balls which helps a lot. The arms have been re-hydrating in a jar of water for the past four weeks to stop them cracking when reinserting the balls. It seems to have worked. The strut extensions have also been remade in 2mm G10 ...
