Yes, #6823 Step pin rear tires would be the ones that came in your kit. I myself am a big fan of the late all black parts cars.

I’m going Rooster, that’s what’s going in mine as well.
Oh and install bearings while you got it torn down if it doesn’t already have them. This way it’ll roll nicely on the shelf
You can use the bushings for what they’re good for….

Someone found a new favorite spot to hang out in the yard since my kids figured out if the put the deck chairs next to it she would climb up there with them. Now every time she goes out in the yard she spends some time running in circles and doing mini hops
